Excellent Service from Desser.
We have been very impressed with the service from the first point of contact through to delivery. When we placed the order we were contacted and told that there would be a delay due to supply issues, we appreciated their honesty. We ordered a Bali Grey two seater sofa and two matching chairs, placing an order for furniture only seen online and not tried for comfort we were apprehensive but our concerns were unfounded. We received delivery last week and are very impressed with the quality and comfort of the furniture. The sofa and chair frames are sturdy and cushions give good support.
The furniture was well packaged for delivery and the two men who delivered the furniture did an excellent job taking off wrapping, checking items and taking away all packaging.
