Q. Can I still place an order?
A. Of course! We are still accepting orders over the phone 0161 834 1795 and via our website. As all of our items such as chairs and sofas are made to order, we may be a little slower in getting your item to you. Once your order is placed we will be able to give you a better idea of when delivery will be. We expect this to be between 3-4 weeks but may vary – we will be sure to update you accordingly as the situation evolves.
Q. Will delivery of my items be delayed?
A. We are doing everything possible to stop delays but also protect our warehouse and delivery staff (as well as keeping it safe for you!). You will be informed of any delays involved in your order as soon as possible. We need to protect both our staff and customers. We also take into consideration the higher number of absences due to illness.
Q. Is your showroom still open?
A. Yes, our showroom is back open now!
Q. Will I still be getting delivery of my recently placed order?
A. Hopefully we will still be able to get your order to you as soon as possible, but there may be delays. Any customers that have placed orders with us will be contacted by a member of our sales team.
Q. Will I still get my delivery if I am in self-isolation? (If you or a family member in your home has symptoms)
A. Yes, but please let us know as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery team. If this is the case then we will be unable to deliver the item to the room of your choice.
Smaller items delivered by a courier have procedures in place for no contact delivery. This includes leaving the item on your door step and no need for a signature.
